Trio Oriens opens its season with the newly created Café Music Series, featuring a wide variety of styles from traditional classical to early 20th century American, Viennese, light classical, gypsy and Broadway music. The spring concert will highlight French music by Edouard Lalo and Maurice Ravel, Taiwanese music by Hsu Tsang-Houei and American music by Paul Schoenfield.

Café Music concerts include a sampling of the trio's favorite cup of java. 

The May 7 concert will be performed at the Campbell Learning Center's Recital hall at 1440 Campbell.
