Pastry chef Samantha Mendoza hosts a bakery pop up at Triniti. All of the proceeds will go toward the ongoing hospital expenses of her four-month old nephew, who is on a heart transplant list.

On the menu are buttermilk, apple and lemon pies, savory quiches, macaroons, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cream buffs, baguettes, bon bons, toffee, cookies and more.
