Executive chef/partner Ryan Hildebrand and Karbach Brewing Co. will pay homage to an American tradition with an outdoor clambake. Featuring classic beach cuisine and refreshing beer, the clambake will serve up a mouth-watering mix of Karbach beer with Gulf seafood and seasonal flavors, including clams, shrimp, corn and potatoes. Guests are invited to enjoy the outdoor patio and lounge while treating themselves to one clambake platter and one complimentary Karbach beer.

That evening, the popular Guest Bartender Series returns with a new guest bartender Mike Rojas from Beavers, who will take over the bar at 7 p.m., with a special bar menu featuring his favorite cocktails. Karbach beer will also be available all night for $3.50.
