In honor of the late anthropologist, author, filmmaker and curator Edmund Carpenter, the Menil hosts a reading of his landmark 1973 book Eskimo Realities. The reading will take place within the Upside Down gallery on the closing day of the exhibition he organized. The museum will remain open until it the reading is complete.
