It's not every day one gets a chance to be taught a craft by a true master. But that's what is being offered at Chez Roux. For seven Wednesdays at 10 a.m., through October and November, students (limited to eight per class) will learn about the cuisine of the distinct regions of France and prepare a four course lunch side by side with awarding-winning chef Matthew Gray. Each week's menu represents one of the provinces of France with a wine pairing by head sommelier Garrett Donovan from the award winning cellars of Chez Roux. Classes can be purchased individually ($110 per person) and as a package ($776). Nov. 17 will be the Grand Finale, with the class supervised by legendary chef Albert Roux himself.
