TIRR Foundation has created and sustained numerous initiatives responding to the needs of those with brain and spinal cord injuries. To achieve this goal, TIRR Foundation created, directs, and maintains Moran Camp Xtreme, a barrier-free adaptive sports camp designed for children living with paralysis caused by spinal cord injuries (SCI), or other medical conditions that compromise mobility. This camp is based on the belief that every child, despite mobility impairment, has a right to physical recreation, wellness, and the camaraderie of camp.
