The 6th annual Run the Grove (a USATF-certified 5K) is open to all ages and abilities. Participants will weave through the tree-lined streets of Timbergrove Manor neighborhood, a Heights-area hidden gem. Post-race there will be Grovechella, where everyone can grab some free beer, visit vendor booths, and let the kids play.
