Hosted by chef John Sikhattana of Straits and held at his restaurant in CityCentre, this year's lineup of 10 competing food trucks and restaurants represents the best in culinary creativity and  variety of cultures and flavors. The event raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Man and Woman of the Year campaign — Fleming's operating partner Sam Governale and KPRC producer Amber Willis.

Guest will enjoy unlimited tastings of exquisite bites infused with curry, flavorful wines, craft beer, a bloody mary bar and hand-crafted cocktails. Food trucks will shift the competition into high gear as they compete for the Grand Prize, Best Presentation and People's Choice awards.

Foodies will cool down with beverages sponsored by Grey Goose, No Label Beer, La Marca Wines, and Evamor artesian water. The event will also feature a variety of musical entertainment, including Lion Dancers of Houston.
