Sawyer Yards and The Silos at Sawyer Yards will present "Lost and Found in Texas," a solo exhibition and large-scale installation utilizing salvaged wood by artist Jodi Walsh.
Walsh is a self-taught artist, manual laborer, and creator of beautiful objects. It is rare for an artist to fully recreate the intimate connection we all feel to nature and earth, but through her use of found objects, natural and environmentally safe materials and her eye for design, Walsh manages to do just that. Across 24 countries and 40 years later she continues to reinvent herself and her work.
The exhibition will remain on display through May 20.
