The Anderson Center For The Arts will presents its annual Christmas production, Evening of Elegance, a celebration featuring the heartwarming tale of Amahl and the Night Visitors.
This year's centerpiece is the one-act opera by Gian Carlo Menotti, performed by an ensemble of Black opera singers and actors. Set against the backdrop of the Nativity, the opera follows the transformative journey of a young boy named Amahl and his encounter with the Three Wise Men. Amahl's story beautifully conveys enduring themes of faith, love, and generosity.
