Elevate Her is a Mother’s Day Weekend celebration of local female artists featuring four separate events.

Schedule of events

• May 9: Autumn McIlraith will open her fantastical collage exhibition, “Gather & Disperse.”
• May 10: McIlraith will lead a collage art workshop, “Gluestick Mafia.” (9:30 am)
• May 10 Carlotta Mouton will hold a reading of her new dark comedy, Purses, about three generations of Texas women. (6 pm)
• May 11: Poet Catharine Savage Brosman will discuss her newly-published autobiography, Partial Memoirs.”
