Attendees will leave the class knowing their way around the most important Tuscan wines, feeling more comfortable selecting wines at a restaurant and talking about them with friends.

Guests will taste wines, learn about the grapes that go into them, why and how they were aged, and how long they keep. Attendees will be introduced to the Italian wine designation system and learn how that helps to read labels.
