Wines from South America are not just a great value for money, but many are also premium quality. The two South American powers are Argentina and Chile. The class will show how these two countries make a variety of great wines outside of their marquee Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will look at the similarities and differences between the regions, including their history, soil, aspect, climate, grapes and wine making.
