All the great regions that exist in Sonoma County include Russian River, Alexander Valley, Carneros, Sonoma Valley, Sonoma Coast and Chalk Hill. The class will explore the classic grapes that are offered, and often made famous, from these regions, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. Guests will be able to compare the same grape from a different region and see the stylistic differences due to the proximity to the Pacific Ocean, climate, aspect and terrain.
