With its growing presence, wines from South America offer not only great value for money, but also premium quality. The two South American powers are Argentina and Chile. The class will show that these two countries make a variety of great wines outside of their marquee Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will look at the similarities and differences between the regions, history, soil, aspect, climate, grapes and wine making.
