Think of this class as a 101 crash course that every wine lover should take. The two-hour fun class reveals enough information without overwhelming guests. The instructor will lead attendees through the basics of wine by looking at the different styles of wines and learning about some of the classic grape varieties. 

The class will also introduce you to proper serving and storage — as poorly stored or served wine can spoil the wine or the evening — and some basic wine and food pairing principles.
