Texas Wine School
Wines of California are among the most popular wines in Texas. The object of the class is to introduce wine lovers to this region and its grapes. For each wine-producing region, guests will learn about the major grape varietals and the style of wines made, the climate, the soil and sub regions.
Guests will learn about Santa Barbara County, Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Central Coast, Central California Valley and the North Coast.
