The event includes a taco cook-off, two stages of live crossover music, chefs demonstrating specialty Latin dishes, a 10-mile Landmark Bike-A-Thon, 16 restaurants, 24 crafts booths, mechanical bull riding and more. Proceeds benefit scholarships and cultural arts projects.
