Texas Southern University has tapped one of the greatest voices in gospel music today to star in its annual presentation of the national stage play Crowns. Dottie Peoples, best known in gospel circles for her rendition of "He's an On Time God," will join the cast of actors and musicians starring in the fast-moving celebratory musical play.
