The Texas Renaissance Festival, the nation’s largest, most acclaimed renaissance theme park, returns for the 44th season. The magic of the Festival transports patrons to the 16th century offering enchanting experiences featuring world-renowned live entertainment, works by master artists and craftspeople, award winning food and drink, hand-powered rides and games, and over 100 interactive characters.

The King and Queen open the festival with Oktoberfest, a celebration of the sausage and beer on September 29-30. Other themed weekends will include:

  • October 6-7: 1001 Dreams
  • October 13-14: Barbarian Invasion
  • October 20-21: Pirate Adventure
  • October 27-28: All Hallows Eve
  • November 3-4: Roman Bacchanal
  • November 10-11: Heroes and Villains
  • November 17-18: Highland Fling
  • November 23-25: Celtic Christmas
