Houston chefs including Yunan Yang of Pepper Twins, Ken Bridge and Felix Florez of Ritual, Tatsu Aikawa and Takuya “Tako” Matsumoto of Ramen Tatsu-Ya, Rebecca Mason of Fluff Bake Bar and Lyle Bento of Southern Goods will join the gastronomic fun.
