The fourth annual Cooking Up A Cure event will benefit the Food Allergy Program at Texas Children’s Hospital. The unique evening is designed to raise awareness about the challenges people with food allergies face, as well as help support and expand the Food Allergy Program’s ongoing research and patient care initiatives.

Upon arrival, each guest will be assigned a food allergy to experience how it feels to avoid dishes containing the allergenic food. Each chef’s station will have a blackboard disclosing which of the major food allergens are included as ingredients in each dish. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the delicious food, while avoiding their assigned food allergy.

Attendees will dine on delicious food prepared by some of the following culinary partners: A Fare Extraordinaire, Amalfi Ristorante Italiano, Baker Noel, Benjy’s, Brennan’s of Houston, Café Annie, Carmelo’s Cucina Italiana, Emmaline, Izakaya, Jodycakes, La Table, Main Kitchen at the JW Marriott Houston Downtown, Royers Round, Top Cafe, State of Grace, Underbelly Hospitality, and Weights + Measures.
