The Spring Wine & Cheese Trail is the namesake event of the Texas Bluebonnet Wine Trail, allowing attendees the opportunity to enjoy the 10 wineries along the Highway 105 corridor while viewing the beauty of native Texas wildflowers. As an added bonus, each ticket-holder will receive a packet of Texas wildflower seeds at every winery while supplies last.

Each winery will offer a select pairing of two wines and two specially crafted cheese dishes prepared with Texas cheeses. Messina Hof will showcase their Wateroak Farm Cranberry Pecan Ricotta Tartlet paired with Merrill's Vineyard Riesling, as well as their Wateroak Farm Bleu Cheese Crustini paired with Messina Hof Cabernet Sauvignon, George Bush edition.
