Terra Nostra Ensemble closes the 2018-19 season with a program that showcases music from various regions of Iberoamerica: Spain, South America, and Mexico. The concert features a performance of a revised version of the famous Piano Quintet in G minor Op. 49 by Spanish composer Enrique Granados. This edition by Moises Bertran reconstructs the work using available manuscripts.
The program will also include works by, Joaquín Turina, Manuel Ponce, Miguel Bernal Jiménez, and arrangements of traditional songs by founding member violinist Mauricio Oliveros.
