For the last month, Chef Bowie has received a flood of applications from the city’s top talent who are fighting to earn a coveted spot-on the mixology teams of Taste Kitchen + Bar and the yet-to-open Rare.
In an effort to see their skills in action, the group will create a signature cocktail that will be judged by Chef Bowie and a panel of spirit enthusiasts, local influencers, and media to determine who will join their team. First, second, and third place winners will receive monetary prizes and positions at each restaurant.
