Join Latin Bites for a Taste of the Andes, a continuation in its wine dinner series. Chef Roberto Castre, who recently returned from the popular Mistura festival in Peru, will introduce new Peruvian gastronomy concepts through a special six-course tasting menu and wine pairings. The featured selection of wines include: Toso Brut Sparkling, Santa Ema Sauvignon Blanc, Montes Alpha Pinot Noir, Pascual Toso Reserva Malbec, Montes Purple Angel Carmenere and Bodega Norton Cosecha Tardia.
