Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens continues its popular Talk + Tour program with a series of talks presented by local historians. Speakers use objects from the collection as a window into historians' thought processes and perspectives on the past.

After each talk, audience members are invited to join a docent-led house experience of the collection that focuses on the objects, periods and room settings addressed in the day's topic.

Offered on a space-available basis; sign up in person at the event. All talks are held at the Lora Jean Kilroy Visitor and Education Center. The lectures are presented free with admission to Bayou Bend. RSVP encouraged by calling 713-639-7750.
