Houston Pets Alive! (HPA!) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to helping the city of Houston become no-kill. HPA! has the infrastructure to empower and link shelters and their governing bodies, animal rescue groups, business organizations, and individual animal advocates with tools and supportive framework to effectively and efficiently save more lives. As of September 10, 2015, HPA! has saved the lives of 237 Houston pets.
