The MFAH is presenting an afternoon symposium with award-winning photographers Stanley Greene and Kadir van Lohuizen, who will discuss their collaborative project, "Those Who Fell through the Cracks," a photography exhibition about the repercussions of Hurricane Katrina currently on view at Lawndale Art Center. Following their talks, the photographers will be joined by evacuees, politicians and community activists for a discussion about the successes, failures and future of the ongoing Hurricane Katrina recovery. Anne Wilkes Tucker, the MFAH Gus and Lyndall Wortham curator of photography, will moderate.

The symposium is followed by a reception.
