Symphonic Brass of Houston Concert

As a versatile brass collective, the Symphonic Brass of Houston is dedicated to providing cultural enrichment through high-quality performance, education and community engagement in the city of Houston and surrounding areas. The group is co-founded by and comprised of local professional musicians and graduates of some of the countries most recognized and celebrated music schools, including Colburn, Eastman, Juilliard, New England Conservatory, Oberlin, Rice and many others.

A dynamic program will feature works new and old, including the world premiere of Repercussions by award winning composer Chris Walczak. David Kirk, tubist of the Houston Symphony will direct the ensemble.
