Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchens will celebrate their 10th anniversary with a one-night-only four-course tequila dinner featuring some of Sylvia’s most loved food items as well as one course dedicated to the debut of an all-new enchilada. There will be lots of new drinks, a wide sampling of food and even live music. Reservations are required and seating is limited.
Included on the menu will be one course of Parrillada Bites which includes mesquite-grilled carne asada, jumbo shrimp and quail. Another course features a petite enchilada tour featuring two of Sylvia’s favorite enchiladas from south of the border and two more from the north. There will also be an appetizer-sized portion for the start. Each course is paired with a tequila Margarita, cocktail or tasting.
One big highlight of the evening will be the second course, when Sylvia debuts her newest enchilada filled with wood-grilled cabrito. The name of this new addition, chosen from contest entries open to all (go to the website for details), will be disclosed that night. The winner receives two seats at the dinner.
