The Race for the Cure® Houston aims to raise funds to save lives from breast cancer. The race or walk distance is 3.1 miles and will be an out-and-back course on Allen Parkway as in past races.
While the event will be hosted in-person this year, there will also be a virtual option to participate in the program and connect with the community from participants' home or neighborhood for those who prefer that option.
Funds raised support Komen’s advocacy, research investments and support of people facing breast cancer today, ensuring everyone can get the care they need to live.
