The Impact Awards Luncheon recognizes and celebrates Komen Houston's outstanding individuals, corporations and community partners that make an impact in the organization's commitment and promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever. In 2013, the support of the Impact Awards Luncheon helped Susan G. Komen Houston Affiliate fund local grants to Southeast Texas organizations like the Asian American Health Coalition, Bayside Healthcare Foundation, Good Neighbor Healthcare Center, The Methodist Hospital Foundation and UTMB Galveston, which provide breast health services to uninsured and underserved patients.
