Summer Dinner Series: Chef Steven Vanderpool

Brenner's on the Bayou's Chef Series Dinner features a four-course meal created by Chef Steven Vanderpool. Set in an intimate atmosphere, each guest will be able to engage with the Chef and his staff, creating a unique dining experience.

Guests will feast on Prosciutto Wrapped Yuzu, Ginger and Butter Poached Shrimp served with a fresh Honeydew Martini. The first course includes Charred Yellow Tomato Gazpacho and a Cucumber Basil Vodka Tonic. The Cocoa Dusted Boar Tenderloin is paired with a Luxardo Cherry Manhattan and the Chimichurri rubbed buffalo rib eye with duck fat frites is served alongside a Marques De Caceres Gran Riserva Rioja. The final course includes a Chocolate Tart with caramel ice cream and sea salt.
