Summer Dinner Series: Chef Ricky Cruz

Grotto's Chef Series Dinner features a six-course meal created by Chef Ricky Cruz. Set in an intimate atmosphere, guests will be able to engage with the Chef and his staff, creating a unique dining experience.

The menu is a sampling of authentic Italian dishes beginning with Granchio with Polenta and StoneCrab Marechairo sauce, followed by Figs with Sautéed Goat Cheese and Sautéed Chilean Sea Bass over spaghetti Nero, and Slow Braised Veal Shank with white wine and vegetables served with Black Truffle Mushroom Risotto. Before dessert, guests will enjoy a final course of homemade Lamb Ravioli with roasted vegetables and Barolo wine reduction.

A trio of desserts including Panacotta, Fruit Tart and Pear Tart will add a sweet ending to the evening.
