Pesce's Chef Series Dinner includes a six-course menu created by Chef Mark Holley. Set in an intimate atmosphere, guests will be able to engage with the Chef and his team, creating a unique dining experience.

The dinner begins with a Coconut & Red Curry Lobster Soup, an Arugula salad with Hamish Ceviche and Moroccan Spiced Crabmeat Falafels, paired with a Domaine de Souviou Rose. King Salmon in a ginger-kaffir lime broth paired with a Russian River Pinot Noir is followed by a Five Spiced Braised Short Ribs dish served with a Banfi “Belnero” red blend. The meal concludes with buttermilk Panna Cotta.
