Summer Dinner Series: Chef Jose Parada

Willie G's Seafood and Steak House's Chef Series Dinner features a six-course meal created by Chef Jose Parada. Set in an intimate atmosphere, guests will be able to engage with the Chef and his staff, creating a unique dining experience.

The meal begins with a Gazpacho Martini followed by a fresh Fig Salad. Honey Spiced Quail rounds out the menu with a sweet and spicy sauce, served with a Washington State Merlot. The main dish includes a seared Sea Bass topped with avocado pico and jumbo lump crab meat paired alongside a Pinot Noir, and a Filet Mignon with Madeira wine reduction served with a Napa Valley Cabernet. A Banoffee Pie of bananas, nuts and espresso cream in an oatmeal crust will end the meal alongside a Napa Valley Moscato d’Oro.
