Vic & Anthony's Chef’s Series includes a five-course dinner specially created by Chef Carlos Rodriguez. Set in an intimate atmosphere, guests will be able to engage with the Chef and his team, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Ranked one of the top ten steakhouses in the country, the Chef’s Series five dinner includes Capesante with crispy artichokes and brown butter truffle vinaigrette served with Prosecco and followed by a wilted Escarole and Heirloom Tomato Salad. The pasta course includes a Garganelli pasta with a Red Wine Braised Octopus and a fourth course of Veal Short Ribs with potato puree paired with a 2008 Ca’Marcanda ‘Promis’ by Gaja. Dessert includes a fresh Peach Crostada served with Marscapone ice cream and a Moscato d’Asti.
