In this workshop, Jung Center instructors discuss stress and how their different disciplines address it. Guests will proceed through demonstrations of different activities that can relieve stress, including active imagination led by Jerry Ruhl, tai chi master George Ling Hu, yoga teacher Leah Harlig, Feldenkrais guru MaryBeth Smith and meditation specialist Stan Merrill.
