Stratford Playhouse Booster Club presents A Chorus Line

eventdetail

The Stratford Playhouse presents their spring production of A Chorus Line, a musical centered on 17 Broadway dancers all vying for a spot in the “chorus line” of a Broadway musical.

The musical provides a glimpse into the personalities of the performers and the choreographer as they describe the events that have shaped their lives and their decisions to become dancers. It is funny, heartbreaking, and refreshingly honest. Winning nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, it is one of the longest-running and most successful musicals in Broadway history.

Directed by Marcie Baker, the show features music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Edward Kleban.
