St. Luke’s Health is on the search for a “Chief Humankindness Officer,” an honorary title created for a local child between the ages of 5-12 to help the organization demonstrate what humankindness looks like in action, and spread verbal encouragement and kindness throughout the Houston community.
If your child has the ability to lift up other people’s spirits through motivational and encouraging words, and can showcase the power of kindness and human connection, they want to see them in person. The search will be conducted during a one-time-only open casting call for children in the greater Houston area of Texas – no previous performance experience is required.
Participants will be asked to deliver 30 seconds of their best original words of motivational encouragement and positivity, and share what humankindness means to them, as well as how they show it through interactions with others. After the casting call search, one child will be offered the opportunity to serve as Chief Humankindness Officer, and may be selected for an upcoming St. Luke’s marketing effort. The winner will also have a chance to connect with a casting director from Upward Artistry, a local talent agency in Houston, to hone their performance skills during a one-on-one session.
