Spring Branch Community Health Center will present its 5th Annual Fall Harvest Luncheon: Closing the Gap in Healthcare.
The center aims to reduce and ultimately remove the gaps, or barriers, to affordable and accessible primary care medical services for the underserved and uninsured residents of Spring Branch and West Houston.
