The Specialty Coffee Association of America's annual exposition, "The Event," is the largest gathering of coffee professionals and companies in the world. This year, it's coming to Houston, and will include over 700 exhibitor booths showcasing the best and most innovative products in coffee, 100 plus hours of classes focused on coffee preparation and standards of excellence as well as the biggest national coffee competitions in America.
