Mangiamaccheroni, which translates to "pasta eaters," is a 20th century term for the locals in Napoli who would stand around and eat long strands of pasta. Needless to say, this one-night dinner menu is inspired by the flavors and culture of Sicily. The event, hosted by Felipe Riccio and Bart Benton, also features art by Hayley Wallace.

All of the tips and part of the proceeds will benefit the Houston Sommelier Association.
