"High Heels and Hats" honorees are mothers who have continuously broken barriers in their respective field and have left an indelible mark in their community. Both honorees and celebrity keynote speaker Mariah Huq will be recognized in high fashion. Huq is the co-creator, producer and co-star of Bravo's hit series Married to Medicine.
