Space Center Houston will present Galaxy Frights, featuring a number of Halloween-themed activities. Visitors can dress up and join the costume parades in the main plaza, see Spidernaut, NASA’s spider-like robot prototype, and visit multiple candy stations for socially distanced and safe trick or treating.

Other activities will include:

  • Facing Fear, an original space film with NASA astronauts, engineers and flight controllers sharing how they confront and overcome some of the scariest aspects of space exploration.
  • Pop-up Science Labs where visitors can learn about surface tension through a dry ice experiment, discover black holes, explore mutations, and more.
  • Halloween music, spooky space sounds, kinetic lights, and family games.

Social distancing measures and face masks for guests ages two and older are required. While costumes are encouraged, costume masks are not allowed.
