The Houston Food Bank, Houston Texans, numerous media sponsors and youth volunteers, along with partnering grocers, H-E-B, Kroger, and Randalls, will start the city-wide food drive with a pep rally. The early morning volunteer blitz will feature a festive ambience, including the presence of Houston Texans cheerleaders and team mascot Toro and lively music and dance performances by area school groups.
