Brennan's of Houston hosts James Beard Award-winning writer Adrian Miller for a special cooking class highlighting soul food ingredients and how they found their way to the Brennan's family Creole traditions.

As Trace demonstrates how to prepare soul food dishes such as Creole black-eyed pea gumbo, Hill Country quail and waffles and Cooper Farm peach cobbler, Miller will share his knowledge, illuminating the nuances of this dynamic culinary culture.
