Chef Fritz Gitschner and sommelier Vanessa Treviño Boyd welcome Soter Vineyards' winemaker James Cahill to 60 Degrees Mastercrafted. Soter makes its home at Mineral Springs Ranch in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Thirty acres of Pinot Noir and two acres of Chardonnay are sustainably farmed, resulting in wines of high caliber.
Soter winemaker James Cahill, a Texas native, is a veteran of 20 harvests in Oregon, including five years as assistant winemaker and operations manager at Beaux Frères.
