At the culmination of the restaurant's Guest Sommelier Series, Philippe Restaurant + Lounge will host a five-course wine dinner. Chef Philippe Schmit and sommelier Vanessa Trevino Boyd have assembled a team of five sommeliers, each of whom has selected a wine pairing for each course. Special guests include Christian Varas of River Oaks Country Club, Jason Sherman of Brennan's, Adele Corrigan of 13 Celsius and Kelly McCloud of Fleming's Steakhouse.
